5. この人がいなくては・・・ The Key Person

研修は中国語で提供しています。
ということは、私たちには「通訳」が必要だということ。今回は、高橋元喜さんがコーディネーターとしてついてくださっています。なにしろ、現地（中国甘粛省）の本プロジェクトに勤務しておられた方ですから、何から何までばっちりの方。
前川チーフとのコンビも最高！　ということで、研修は円滑に進むこと請け合いです。

The training has been provided in Chinese language, and it means we need an INTERPRETER!
This time, we have got Mr. Motoki Takahashi as a training coordinator. With the work experience in China (especially in the exact project in Gansu), he is just the right person for everyone.
